Rene Russo and Rose Namajunas Bio

Rene Marie Russo is an American actress filmmaker and a former supermodel. Alongside her stunning elegance, her continued successes in the competitive film industry can be attributed to her talents as a performer. She started her career as a model in the 1970s before becoming one of the most prominent model actors. Beginning in the 1980s she began taking classes in acting and theater before appearing on stages in Los Angeles. In 1987, Russo was the lead character Eden Kendell in the ABC drama Sable. Two years later she played Tom Berengers love interest in her debut movie Major League. Some critics initially doubted her acting skills, but her consistent performance won them over. In Wolfgang Petersens Outbreak she was hailed by critics due to her performance against Dustin Hoffman, Morgan Freeman and many others. She admits that she is not passionate about acting. She went on a self-imposed hiatus. Following a lengthy break, she came back with her role in Thor. She also starred in her husbands Oscar Award-winning movie Nightcrawler. Later, she would star in light-hearted comedies like The Intern and Just Getting Started.

Rose Namajunas was one of UFC's top female athletes. She began her professional career by being an amateur, taking part in numerous regional promotions prior to signing with Invicta Fighting Championships. And then she joined Ultimate Fighting Championships. Because of her success within and outside of the Octagon, Namajunas has become a household word since joining UFC. Namajunas's family are Lithuanian who was born in Lithuania on the 29th of June in 1992. While growing up, Rose was involved in sports such as basketball and kickboxing. Invicta Fighting Championships signed her when she was 18 years old and she went on to beat two opponents via submission. Dana White was impressed and signed Rose to the strawweight division of the UFC at 22, in December 2014. Through Rose her career, she's gone through periods of both extremes and lows, but every times she has come out ahead. Rose took on Carla Esparza at The Ultimate Fighter 20 Finale in April 2015. Rose was awarded the Women's Strawweight Champion and was also named the"Fighter of the Night. It was the first time a woman was able to fight a big promotion to win a championship. Namajunas continued to win several other fights. She also defeated Joanna Jedrzejczyk two times, winning her Performance Of The Night awards from UFC.
